This is a conversion kit for turbo'd 3800s that will eliminate your supercharged lower intake and blower and replace it with a modified L26/36 lower intake, HV3 insert, and new revised L26 upper intake manifold. OEM reliability, noticeably quicker spool, and 15whp over the typical m90 blockoff plate and empty m90 case.
The dyno sheet shows the slow spool up blocked off m90 housing versus the L26 lower/upper intake with stock runners inside and L26 lower/upper intake with HV3 installed.
L26 upper intake
- Throttle body adapter plate (Series II only)
L26/36 lower intake with injector bungs removed
Bolts (upper to lower intake)
- Injector spacers
Series II: It is recommended to use L67 throttle body and L67 style fuel rails (O.E. is fine).
Series III: Reuse your stock throttle body and L32 style fuel rails (O.E. is fine).
