This is a bolt on turbo kit for your Polaris Slingshot, the only Slingshot turbo kit on the market that does not require removal of your oil pan. This is more than just a turbo kit it even includes a ZZP manufactured chambered muffler and cold air box. The cost of the tune is included in this kit. No more having to pay someone else $400+ to flash your PCM (which is required when adding boost). Larger injectors are not required with this Stage 1 kit.  If you are looking for more power, we offer a Stage 2 Upgrade which adds a PCM update, larger injectors and a manual boost controller. We now include our proprietary oil drain system that does not require dropping the pan, saving you 2+ hours on install.  

At only 6.5 psi of boost this kit makes 263hp and 269 ft lbs and at 8psi of boost it makes 275whp and 286 ft lbs to the rear tire. Stock is around 150 horsepower to the rear tire.  

EVAP Option note: Some Slingshots came with an EVAP system from the factory.  Mainly the Slingshots manufactured for California.  If you live in California or have a Slingshot that was manufactured for that market and have an EVAP canister that connects to the back of your EVAP solenoid which is mounted just behind the oil fill cap, you will want this kit to keep the EVAP system active and get the gas vapors out of the tank and into the intake manifold as it was originally set up from the factory.

The Slingshot uses a high compression engine and premium fuel should be used at all times.  However, when running a turbo kit, PREMIUM FUEL IS REQUIRED! Without the use of Premium fuel you run the risk of cracking a sleeve, chipping a piston, or breaking a rod.

These kits are built to order and can take 1-3 business days to ship. Custom color options add 1 to 2 weeks onto build time. Does not fit 2020+ Slingshots. 

Update note: As of September 2022 we are now including our ZZP stencil with all heat exchangers and intercoolers. This way you can choose to leave the intercooler blank, or spray paint the ZZP logo with your choice of color to match your build.
