ZZPerformance has long been considered the leader in M90 blower performance. The port work done by ZZPerformance represents years of in car testing, chassis dyno'ing and running designs on our exclusive supercharger dyno.  This is our Gen 3 M90 ported blower case which has been inspected, ultrasonic cleaned, CNC ported, and the needle bearings have been replaced.  We have spent countless hours determining the optimal blower case outlet design using our Supercharger tester.  We have tested all of the most common blower outlet designs and this is the best performing one.

We hold the record for the highest Gen 3 M90 dyno's on a FWD Grand Prix by a large margin making nearly 15% more power than any other car using a non-ZZP enhanced blower. Our supercharger dyno gives us the ability to build and test designs in a way normally only available to Eaton or GM. Buying a ported blower from another company gives you guess work on outlet design and efficiency. Only ZZP gives you researched and proven performance!  Tests show that CFM gains begin at 10,000 rpm blower speed. We recommend porting your lower intake or running our lower intake to maximize performance gains.

How to order your supercharger case:

Year:
1997  fits the '97 Grand Prix GTP, '97 Regal GS, '96-97 Bonneville SSEi/Park Ave Ultra
1998+ fits the '98-03 supercharged Grand Prix GTP, 98+ Regal GS, 98+ Bonneville SSEi/Park Ave Ultra, or '04-05 Monte Carlo/Impala SS
(L36 Supercharger kit doesn't require a year to be selected.)

Porting Options:
Inlet Porting: We offer inlet/outlet porting for the Gen 3 supercharger,  However inlet porting is only recommended for people that have the 75mm Northstar throttle body setup or our old 77mm billet throttle body which has been discontinued. 
Outlet Porting: All of our blowers come with our ZZP exclusive blower outlet porting that was developed using our supercharger tester which measured overall outlet temps and airflow.

 

If you are piecing together a ZZP L36 supercharger kit that will not require you to swap your cylinder heads, you will need the following items:

Notice notice the immediate difference even just in the idol feels like the 15 horsepower gain is there

The KR killer+smaller pulley= Stained underpants

I just bought the outlet porting for my 04 Monte carlo and it dropped all of my 2.5* of KR all the way to 0. I dropped down from a 3.5in pulley to a 3.4in Pulley and man it pulls so much harder with no KR. Torque steer is incredible, one side of the car picks up and the other side pushes down, feels like I'm in a rear wheel drive car ahaha! The main mods i had before the ported supercharger was zzp computer, zzp front and rear exhaust manifolds, cold air inductins cold air intake, 180* thermostat, tr6 sprak plugs, 3.5inch pulley, zzp catless 2.5inch downpipe, shorter dog bones, poly dog bone mounts, zzp poly upper engine mounts(the square blocks that connect to the dog bones), and solid transmount. Now with the ported supercharger it dropped 2.5* of Kr which made a huge differance in power before the pulley drop, it can definatly get rid of more KR. If i where you just spring for the inlet and outlet porting, your gains will just be even better. Now i have to take the car apart at a later date like i am to get the Inlet ported. Just get the inlet and outlet ported its worth the extra money. I highly recommend this mod to everyone in every build! Great job ZZP! Doing stuff right as always!! If a 17 year old can install this in 1 day, so can you!
