This is a modified 3800 intake. It is designed for higher flow and better air distribution when used with our ported outlet blower and/or Short Stack or Stage 2 intercoolers. You can also remove your blower without leaking any coolant because the coolant passages are welded shut. Ported lower intakes are not necessary for our new Stage 2.5 full stack intercooler core, however if you have one already there is no need to switch to a different lower intake. If you have the old Stage 2 ported lower intake (with relocated PCV slot) you will need to fill the slot with RTV as the new core no longer relocates the PCV. 

How to order your intake manifold:

Blower Option:

  • Gen 3 This is a L67 series II intake that is machined to take advantage of a ported outlet blower and or Short Stack intercooler.
  • Gen 5 This is an intake that is machined for a series III Gen 5 supercharger, or Short Stack intercooler.
  • Gen 3 (old style full size IC only) Same as above Gen 3, however it has PCV passages machined into it to keep the factory PCV function when installing our old fullsize 2" intercooler kit.
  • Gen 5 (old style full size IC only) Same as above Gen 5, however it has PCV passages machined into it to keep the factory PCV function when installing our fullsize 2" intercooler kit.

Machining Option:

  • Top Machining Only We modify the inlet of the intake only.
  • Runner Porting/Gasket Match Modified inlet and full intake runner hand porting with gasket match.
  • L36 Conversion kit This is heavily modified for use with our L36 Supercharger kit version modified blower. It has a machined inlet for the ported outlet blower and we add injector cups so you can run our L36 Supercharger kit fuel rails to add a supercharger to your series II NA car.

Core Charge:

  • Core charge - This is a $100 refundable core charge so we can send you an intake right away, and when you return your stock intake manifold core, we can refund this charge the way you paid. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
