This means less overall injector offset is required, allowing the ECU better control, particularly at idle, during tip-in, and under quick load changes. Faster injector response also improves fueling stability when running larger injectors on less modern PCMs (like the LSJ’s P12 and 2.2\/2.4 E37\/E67).
