Tail of The Dragon 2017
This past weekend ZZP celebrated Cobalt Nation’s 5th annual meetup which took place at Tail of The Dragon in the Smoky Mountains of North Carolina. The festivities went from Thursday through Saturday and everyone got plenty of drive time on the tail. Thursday was spent as an open day as people were arriving at different times throughout the day. We took advantage of this extra time and fit in some tail runs as well as some sightseeing.

Friday was an early start for everyone as we made our way to Fast Tech Motorsports for Dyno Day. Once there, we got to see what everyone’s vehicles could put down and took some time getting to know the staff from Fast Tech as well as our great customers.

We were fortunate enough to have temps reach into the 70’s and clear blue skies. With weather this great, everyone fit in a ton of tail runs as well as some more scenic sightseeing!
The driving winded down a bit when Saturday rolled around with temps reaching the low 40’s and a 100% chance of rain. The tail was more than slick but we were all still able to pull off a Cobalt Parade through the Tail of the Dragon. Later that evening ZZP celebrated another successful weekend at the Tail with a dinner party that included a raffle giveaway where lots of gift cards, apparel, and accessories were handed out.
