Shipping policy

Most orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Custom items that are assembled or made to order may take up to 14 days to process. You will receive a separate email notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping rates are based on items dimensional weight. 

We currently ship via USPS and UPS. We do not offer expedited shipping methods at this time. 

Service Window

Our front window at ZZPerformance is open from 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday for purchasing and general inquiries. Most simple off the shelf items can be purchased with no wait, however do note that more complex items and assemblies may need time to be kitted together. Very complex items like turbo kits will likely have a lead time of 1-2 weeks, so we recommend placing an order on the website for those. 

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to most countries. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. ZZPerformance is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

We currently do not shipping options to the following countries: 

Ascension Island, China, Hong Kong SAR, Israel, Kuwait, Mexico, New Zealand - Chatham Islands 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

Shipping to P.O. boxes

UPS does not allow for shipping to PO Boxes. If you are receiving an error at check out, please enter a residential address. 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

You may return any unused item within 30 days of purchase.  After 30 days we will not accept any returns. All items must be returned with original packaging, including all warranty cards, manuals, cables, accessories, components, etc.

We do not accept returns on electrical products, used or damaged products, or products that have been in your possession for over 30 days since the date of purchase. In cases where we received an item that is opened, used, or beyond the 30 return policy, it will be shipped back to you at your expense, or, if we choose to accept the return, your refund maybe docked up to 50% for restocking fees.

Missing or Damaged Items

Please open and review your order upon receiving. Damaged or missing items must be reported within 5 business days of delivery date. You can contact with your order number to report either of these issues with your order.
