ZZP LTG Malibu/Regal O2 Housing

Exhaust - ZZP LTG Malibu/Regal O2 Housing

This o2 housing bolts directly to the turbo's outlet and then bolts to the factory downpipe.  It is 3" in diameter, an o2 bung for your factory o2 sensor, and 100% stainless steel.  The outlet flange is tapped just like the factory o2 housing for ease of install, you will not have to deal with trying to hold the bolt when tightening the nut in the tight engine bay.

We are currently offering $100 in store credit to purchase your stock catalytic converter back from you. If you're interested, take a photo of your stock downpipe and email it to Henry@zzperformance.com. We will provide prepaid shipping labels for domestic (U.S.) shipments.

This O2 housing includes our 400 cell high flow catalytic converter. We no longer sell catless products.

Includes: 3 M8x30mm bolts along with an O2 gasket.

NOTE: Make sure to select the proper model for your vehicle. The '13-15 Malibu & '13-17 Regal have a 3 bolt and the '16+ Malibu has a 2 bolt exit flange. Does not fit '18 and up Regals as they switched to a 2 bolt exit flange.

Fits 2.0 engine ONLY (will not fit 1.5L engine).

This does not fit rear wheel drive LTG ATS, CTS, or Camaro, but this one does RWD LTG Downpipe.

Our downpipes come with a high flow catalytic converter that is 48 state legal. Our catalytic converters will not pass California or New York state emissions. Please contact customerservice@zzperformance.com if you have any questions.

Real nice

This is the one! First i'll say that the hardest part of the install is getting the old one out. 15 bolts total on the stock housing (2015 Regal) including the heat shield, and 2 mounting bracket. There are just 7 bolts on the new one. Wd40 (gray can) and all the extensions and swivel head sockets work best trust me. (2.5 hours total) It's finally installed and the I4 turbo feels more responsive like a V6 on the throttle. The turbo lag is gone! It sounds more aggressive in the cab as well. I notice that almost immediately on the take off. I am Running the trifecta Advanced tune and just this 02 housing and and a K&N filter and I think it's perfect. Just enough power to keep up and even pass a few out there, you know! Thx zzp!

Not the catless we want, but the closest we can get

Super easy installation, definitely need a tune to take care of that pesky P0420.

CEL & Hardware is meh

2014 Malibu - Works good for what it is, but with the high-flow catalytic it still sets the Check Engine Light, if you do purchase i would not use the bolts they supply and go out and buy the proper exhaust studs. I already had a bolt snap on me. Other than that everything lines up and looks very nice in the engine bay.
