This is our ZZP 3" cat back exhaust for your LSJ/LE5.

- Optional Resonator (recommended for supercharged or N/A builds)

- Includes all required clamps, gasket, & bolts
- Direct bolt in when used with our 3" exit downpipe
During the testing phase we setup an RTA to measure db levels at various frequencies and rpm ranges . Time consuming to say the least but in the end we came up with a solution which we now manufacture in stainless. Remember that this is a 3" exhaust, it will be much louder than stock. Also it will be even louder if you do not chose the resonator option and run a catted downpipe. This is a very good sounding exhaust when you order it with the resonator and muffler options. However, we recommend our 2.5" catback for most builds, found here.
We now offer our 3" Sport resonator as a configuration. This resonator is half the length of our full size. This version will cut down on the rasp over no resonator, but keep most of the volume.
Fits the 2005-07 Chevrolet Cobalt SS 2.0L (LSJ), 2005-2010 Chevrolet Cobalt 2.2 & 2.4L ; also fits 07-10 Pontiac G5.
July 2025 update: We have updated our muffler section with out new double wall muffler tip for a more modern look. New tip featured in product photos. Muffler delete is currently our old style.
