Customer Service Representative

The main duties will be the following:

  • Answering phones, emails, and live chats
  • Answering basic automotive tech support/order/product questions
  • Directing advanced tech/order/product questions
  • Assisting other departments with customer contacts
  • Assisting with walk-in sales

Requirements:

  • Must have at least 1 year customer service experience
  • Must have automotive experience/understanding of our vehicle platforms
