Orders may not be combined for a shipping refund/credit. Sales will begin on Friday and will end the following Monday.

Each sale will be for a limited quantity. If the discount/deal does not appear in your cart at checkout, then you have missed out on this deal and should not proceed with the order. We will not be applying discounts to already placed orders. There will be no exceptions to this rule. That means emailing us on Tuesday to say it didn't work when you tried to check out on Friday, won't get you Friday's discounts. 

Payment must be collected at the time of the sale in order to receive the sale. No sale will be given outside of its given time frame/date. Unpaid orders will not be processed at a later time/ date. It is recommended that you phone your credit or debit card provider prior to the sale to make sure there is no limit on the daily charge.

We will be taking orders by the website and phone for Friday and Monday's sales. Due to taking phone orders on these days, tech support will not be available via phone. If you have a tech support question, please email customerservice@zzperformance.com. Our top priority will be assisting customers with their orders.  Curb side pickup orders will also not be available from November 25 to November 29th. If you place a pick up order, you must wait until you receive the email stating it is ready for pick up. Showing up will not move your order up in the queue.

You will be able to use existing in store credits toward your Cyber weekend sales. Discounts cannot be combined. This includes vendor coupon codes, military discounts, or any other pre- arranged coupon code that is not an in store credit. 

This sale is not valid for vendors. Vendors who place orders will have their order canceled and refunded back to them.

Once you receive your tracking number for your purchase, we can no longer make adjustments or cancellations. Orders will not be combined. You will have to reference our RMA policy in order to return your purchase. We will do our best to get all orders out as soon as possible.

Due to the number of orders, there may be a delay in shipping orders. We appreciate your patience! If you have questions about orders placed during the sale, please include your order number in the subject line so that we can respond as quickly as possible.
