This is 100% 304 stainless steel and will not rust. Eliminates the whistling and failures commonly occurring in single wall or mesh style flex pipes. Works well in high heat applications.

Available in 42mm, 2", 2.5", or 3" diameters.

42mm, 2" & 2.5" couplers are 4", 3", and 6" long respectively.

42mm units work with 1 5/8" or 1 3/4" piping depending on whether you are welding into a slip fit or butt fit.

Flex section works great!

Customer service responded in a timely manner when I asked what length I needed to order to replace the worn out flex section in my 3inch ZZP downpipe. The product arrived quickly, was good quality, and works well.

Great product (3")

I was going crazy trying to find my exhaust leak until I learned that SLP headers just make that noise. (How they can sell noisy headers for $800 is a mystery to me.) I cut out the SLP flex joint, welded this in and the noise went away completely. Also, it end up at 3" ID in the middle, almost 1/8" larger than the SLP one.The bad is difficulty of installation. First, it can't be installed directly to the header collector - a short piece of pipe is needed. To weld all 3 layers requires careful multiple passes with a MIG (stainless wire, of course) or preferably TIG welding. ZZP did offer to TIG it for a reasonable rate, but that adds a lot of logistics and downtime to the installation. It seems to me such a joint could come pre-welded to itself, ready to burn onto standard pipe, but I've never seen such a product, so I can't fault ZZP.
