like the rocker arms, these are super easy to install if you have the head out already, or are doing a timing job It requires pulling the cams out, so if you're looking to only change these with the engine in the car, be warned it is a big job

Don't go with the LSJ ones, these are the way to go for sure, they actually look better built than the LSJ versions.
