This is a one piece, mandrel bent pipe that connects the turbo to the coupler that attaches to the intercooler. It reuses the factory couplers or our replacement couplers for an easy install. It has an integrated bracket and premium T bolt clamps so there is no chance of it coming off and denting your hood like one of the other brand intercooler pipes that is available.

This is the hot side upper intercooler pipe, and it is the same one that we run on our '08 LNF Cobalt that ran 11s on the stock turbo!

No modification of your factory pipe required!

Includes:

  • 2.5" powdercoated pipe
  • (2) T bolt clamps
  • m6 bolt & washer for mounting tab
  • Bypass valve shim (if BOV flange option is selected)

Option 1: This drop down gives you the option to add an aftermarket BOV to your car. To do this properly you would want to remove your factory BOV spring and replace it with our included shim to disable the factory bypass valve. If you select the pipe with the BOV flange you will then have to purchase a BOV separately.

We do recommend the upgraded LNF replacement silicone couplers because the factory couplers have a tendency to fail under high boost applications.

This part is compatible with our turbo upgrade kit, so later if you keep modding, your investment is protected.

Beautiful quality and fitment.

I have an 08 baltLnf. Perfect fitment with upgraded couplers lower charge pipe & standard fmic. So happy with my commitment to zzp products. Nothing like performance upgrades that retain the o.e.m. fitment @ still a lower price than o.e.m. Bedazzled every time. Oh & that customer service is outstanding. I tap a few buttons & within an hour it's ready to be shipped as emails I'll update you

Great pipe, but BOV ******...

After constantly blowing my factory upper pipe off the turbo, I decided to pick this up. I went with the 50mm Tial bov ****** and I loved the fit and finish, except one thing. The BOV ****** was too thick to mount a Tial bov clamp. Maybe the non Tial one fits, but I have a **** of a time installing the Tial. The ****** is roughly 2mm thicker than the ****** included with the Tial bov. I spent a good bit of time trying to evenly grind the back side (sloped side clamp goes on) to fit. So I would give it 5 stars, but with the 50mm ******, I have to ding it. Installation is absolutely simple, but if you get the 50mm ****** and a Tial, it could possibly be quite a challenge. Several of my ratings are more based upon the difficulty I had with the bov. Other than that, it is perfect.
