ZZP continues to improve upon the Sonic 1.4t platform with our latest bolt on upgrade. This larger throttle body is a full bolt on kit for those with our ZZP intercooler kit. The stock 1.4 throttle body is a measly 49mm, while this kit includes a throttle body with a 65mm opening. Expect improved flow and improved throttle response over your stock throttle body. Pair this with our ported intake manifold for an ever larger power gain over stock. PCM tuning is required to run this kit.

How to choose which kit to purchase: If you have the ZZP intercooler kit currently you will want to purchase the "Complete Kit" for a direct installation. If you are designing or using your own custom charge pipes you will choose the "No Charge Pipe" option. There will be no returns or exchanges on the No Charge Pipe option. 

Future variations will be available for the stock intercooler pipes and Chevy Cruze.

Currently only fits 1.4t Sonic with ZZP intercooler kit or charge pipes.
