This is a 3 1/4" Cold Air Intake for the turbocharged '08-10 Cobalt SS. It brings the air filter into the wheel well where the air is cooler than under the hood.

Kinda poor quality

First the mounting bracket is made not correctly But I don’t care bout that might be my fault, The maf extension wire the connectors were bent out of the box and had to bend them to the right position to plug in the MAF, And where you put the maf in the tube I wasn’t able to put the sensor in the tube bc it had metal in the way I had to shave it down and the Allen bolts were made wrong from factory the all Allen keys I had didn’t fit correctly And started rounding off the bolts. Took 5 hours to put a simple air intake on.

Excellent quality

I just bought this Cobalt and it had an injen air intake on it and was running rich and would not build boost correctly, I bought the zzp air intake and it took care of my problem and runs great now thanks guys!

Runs great

Install was a little difficult for the boot to the turbo. But the rest takes less than a minute. Nice packaging. Everything needed to run the new intake. Ran a tune through Matt and car runs way better than old intake.

Awesome intake

Install was a relative breeze. Really straightforward install, but some of the pieces were kind of a tight squeeze to join together. Got everything fitted though, and once together, it all functions great. Pretty loud ******* noise on cold starts for 30-45 seconds, and when driving, you can really hear the turbo spool and the BPV open when letting off the gas. Great value for the money, especially for a true cold air intake.
