Put the finishing touches on your Cobalt build with our ZZP chassis dress up kit. This kit includes replacement stainless bolts, anodized aluminum dress up washers, and titanium nuts to replace your factory across the entire engine bay. The stainless, aluminum, and titanium hardware is rust resistant to keep that engine bay looking fresh. We also include riv nut inserts to replace the stock plastic push pins that hold the grille to the chassis to tighten up that fitment. 

Includes: 

• 22 aluminum M6 fender washers
• 22 stainless steel M6 bolts
• 2 aluminum M6 cone washers
• 6 aluminum M8 fender washers
• 6 stainless steel M8 bolts
• 8 titanium M8 nuts
• 4 titanium M6 nuts
• 5 riv nut inserts

 Replaces you stock bolts/push pins in the following locations: hood bolts, fender bolts, headlight bolts, hood latch bolts, grille push pins, strut/coilover mounting nuts, entry level turbo kit boost controller or LNF fuel filter (dress up washers only, you will re-use your existing nut/bolt), Option B mounting hardware, and coolant tank nut. 

Does not include riv nut tool, one is required for full installation. 

Note: Due to differences in material and finishing processes the color of the titanium nuts is slightly different than the color of the aluminum washers on the gold and red kits. Color differences noted in product photos. 

Fits: 2005-2010 Chevy Cobalt and 2007-2010 Pontiac G5. Some bolts may not be used on all engine models. Fits LSJ, LNF, L61, LE5.
