As the Cruze platform grows and we continue to make more power, the need, and want, for new aftermarket components increases. With our Z04 turbo we knew that the previous offerings for exhaust needed to be revamped, especially with the increased power than the Z04 can make. The community has been asking for a 3" exhaust for quite a while now, and while it can be a bit overkill for a stock turbo car, we're finally bringing our new system to the table. 

This exhaust is a huge improvement in sound and flow over the factory exhaust. This exhaust was designed around the Z04, however it also sounds great with a factory turbo or V3. 

Designed, mandrel bent, and fabricated in house at ZZP in Wyoming, MI this exhaust features full 304 stainless mandrel bent 3" piping through the whole system. 

Our unique adapter flange means that this exhaust will fit with your factory mid-pipe, ZZP stock turbo mid-pipe, or the all new Z04 downpipe/mid-pipe combo. Includes gasket, hardware, and 3" clamps. Includes both a standard 2.5" 2 bolt gasket for those running our Z04 turbo, and a stock mid-pipe to catback gasket for those running a stock mid-pipe and/or our ZZP mid-pipe. 

Fits 1st generation Chevy Cruze only, does not fit second gen (2016.5+-2019).

September 2022 update: Developed on Cruze RS model. May sit differently on non-RS rear bumpers. Only recommended for RS models at this time. 

Note: You will want to inspect and possibly replace your stock exhaust hangers that mount to the front subframe. We have noticed almost all Cruzes seem to crush these and make them oblong, they should be square. If yours are not square you will want to replace to avoid fitment issues.
