The factory LF4 intercooler system is only as effective as the coolant it can move. Our ZZP upgraded end plate improves coolant flow to the intercooler by reducing restriction in the factory cooling path and helping the intercooler system work more efficiently.
The OEM end plate is a cast part with a restrictive design. Our upgraded end plate was developed to improve coolant movement while retaining factory-style fitment, hose routing, mounting points, and sealing surfaces. It is a clean bolt-on upgrade for ATS-V owners looking to improve their intercooling system. It features 4 larger intercooler brick connection barbs, as well as larger hose connections and internal volume.
This is especially useful for tuned cars, cars driven hard in hot weather, or vehicles seeing repeated pulls or track use where intercooler coolant circulation becomes more important.
