ZZP Monte Carlo Catback Exhaust

Unlike mild steel systems like the Pacesetter, which has an expected life of ~2 years in northern states, this exhaust system has been built constructed of stainless tubing and flanges. The ZZPerformance exhaust system will last virtually forever. With ZZP's exclusive whisper resonator and 3 chamber straight through mufflers, it's quiet and high flowing.

This will also fit 1997-2003 Pontiac Grand Prix's with the 3.8L engine. Works on all 3.8L engines-Both Supercharged and naturally aspirated.

All stainless system fully tig welded. Easy clamp in and bolt on installation with all required hangers. No welding needed. The 2 1/2" version bolts right up to your stock downpipe flange or standard aftermarket downpipes with 2.5" exit flange. The 3" version will require a downpipe with a 3" exit flange.

Very best system on the market for Grand Prixs, Impalas, and Monte Carlo. Cheaper than the Magnaflow and higher quality. Magnaflow systems are mig welded and do not have chambered mufflers or resonator which means they are too loud. Engineering this part was years of research and evaluation to come up with the ultimate exhaust at a reasonable price. We are the leader in the 3800 Series II and Series III market and have the very best products period.

Designed for the 2000-2005 Monte Carlo, but only the dual exhaust models. May fit the pre 2000, or 2006+ Monte. The tips are extended for the "Impala" catback.

Does not fit v8 Monte Carlo or Impala.

Great system!

This exhaust system is great in almost every aspect!! Install of the system was very straightfoward and easy and only required the most basic of tools (socket and socket wrench). Made of top quality materials (so it looks great!). And sounds really good too!! One thing I was worried about going into this project was making my NA V6 (3800) too loud and raspy. The sound that comes out is not that at all. It's a nice low rumble and I've already gotten a lot of compliments on how it sounds in the few days I've had it installed. The only complaint I have (we know NOTHING is perfect so I at least wanted to make everyone aware) is one hanger was in the wrong spot. So I had to weld on my own hanger on the exhaust go into the OEM isolator just to make sure the system was 100% secure. Wasn't a huge deal but wanted to mention that.

Perfect

Great quality material. Nice welds. This sounds really damn good for a V6 exhaust. The 1 tailpipe came up about 1-1/2 short but not a big deal. Would recommend!

i had to get it installed at a shop by welding it, since the mid pipe was too big for the cat to bolt on, the tips are a little bit too short and don’t stick out from under the rear bumper , other than that they look good

This system is incredible. I got this exhaust straight from ZZP cheaper and faster than anywhere else. The craftsmanship is 2nd to none. Install I don't believe is possible to get any easier. Sound and performance we'll go back to that 2nd to none statement. I couldn't be any happier with my purchase and results. Thanks again. You win 100 's on this day :)

Excellent Quality Great sound

Good quality and great sound, but does not fit properly, mechanic (very Competent) worked endlessly to even the tips out but could not. Very disappointing to have paid over $500 to have exhaust look uneven.
