Awesome Company!
I have not been disappointed with ZZP. They have friendly/helpful customer service, fast delivery times, & accurate orders. Very reasonable prices too. Glad I found them and will definitely do business with them again.

Coupler installation
Be prepared for an extremely tight fit of the coupler on the drive pins. You won't be able to install it by hand, so be prepared to use a dead blow/compothane hammer to first install it on the pins in the nose cone. Then when reinstalling the nose cone, line up the 3 remaining holes in the coupler with the blower drive pins and push the nose on as far as possible by hand first. Then use a few of the mounting bolts to evenly pull the nose up against the housing, this while wiggling and pushing the cone on by hand. There won't be enough room to swing a dead blow once the coupler is started on the blower drive pins.

Fantastic Product, a MUST for M62s
I've owned my Cobalt SS for 4 years now and bought it with 170k miles. The car has slowly turned into a capable track car and everyone always compliments the supercharger whine at autocrosses. Recently though going down to a smaller pulley size and with the M62 blower having 180k miles on it, she started to sound like a "bag of rocks" (mine was really bad) and some of the black coating was missing from the rotors. I was skeptical at first and was thinking maybe time to go turbo, however, with this coupler and fresh fluid it's definitely given the M62 blower new and extended life. It's a ton quieter and the car feels like it pulls better! Thanks ZZP for another great product!
