The SS Intercooler raises the Supercharger only 1 inch so it fits under any hood. The kit comes complete with everything you need except for a fuel rail solution, coolant, and a new supercharger belt. For the fuel rail solution you will want one of the following: Injector Spacers, Modified Fuel Rails, or our Billet Fuel Logs. Gen 3 is for '97 - 03 Grand Prix, 04+ Monte/Impala SS, 97+ Buick Regal. Gen 5 is for 2004 and newer Grand Prix or vehicles with the Gen5 blower retrofitted on their car. The Short Stack Intercooler allows you to get rid of the KR you currently have or if you don't have any KR you can drop .2" in pulley size.

Short stack intercooler

Ordered this during the craziest part of the covid 19 ordeal and all the way to AZ it still made good timing. Been ordering parts from Zzp since 2008 and always had excellent service and shipping. Intercooler is top notch quality. Heat extractor has super nice welds. Pump is a nice heavy duty one. Running a 2.9 pulley with supporting mods and no KR. Living in AZ the car used to be a winter car only but now with the intercooler I can drive it year round. You might as well do the lower intake gaskets since you'll be right there. Don't forget the injector spacers. They work perfectly and actually dress up the engine a little.

Short Stack Intercooler

I have not had the opportunity to put it on my engine because I just pulled the motor out to rebuilt it from the bottom up. I open it an it looks very impressive. The quality of workmanship is grade A. I will let you know once i get my engine together. Thanks for all your support.

Has some issues but overall good kit

Like the one guy said already the coolant hose is directly in the way of fuel rail stud , a bolt works fine solves the issue . The gaskets don't match inter cooler fully needing trimming to gasket match modified manifold and blower mods for max cooling also mentioned by another guy I'm using stock gasket under blower and kit gasket cooler to manifold . Impressed with finish on plate and exchanger, feel like I got my money worth , Intense 3800 got nothing on ZZP customer service , communication , shipping , all first class , don't go anywhere else . RB 1BADZ 93 cavalier Z24 SC 3800 ... Frankenstein .

Not bolt in for Regals

I wish I could upload photos! The HE hangs about 2.25" below the front bumper cover on the Regal I am working on. After some fab work, cutting some sheet metal and removing the ZZP tabs and adding mine on, tucked it up and it fits really nicely. Missing the fitting to attach the fill tube to HE All fittings are plastic. Will upgrade what I can to brass. Pump uses a proprietary fitting design, so stuck with plastic there Don't like that the left most intercooler hose requires removal of the injector mount stud to avoid kinking the hose. Pump rated for "intermittent" use, we'll see how long that lasts Overall, kit is good. Machine work and original weld quality was attractive and stout. Would buy again, just wish the refinement was better and a note about fabrication on Regals added. Thought I could do this quickly. Not so.
