ZZP Rear Power Log

Here it is, finally a fully fabricated high flow rear exhaust manifold to replace our discontinued Ported Rear Manifold! It is fully stainless steel and will outlast the car. It bolts in place of the stock rear manifold. It comes with new bolts and nuts for both connections.

It will work perfectly with our front Power Log. It will not perform as well as our full length Stainless Headers, but it sure takes a lot less time to install.

For turbo 3800 cars:
Since the Z3 and CarTuning turbo kits require the OEM rear manifold for the wastegate perch, this will work with both of those turbo kits. However, if you are running our Z7 or Stattama turbo kit, you would run the Turbo Rear Power Log instead. Those turbo kits have the wastegate perch on the crossover pipe.

Since this manifold doesn't have the recessed ring in the flange like the stock manifold does, we recommend using a 2 bolt 3" flat gasket instead.

Only fits W-Body.

Fits Lacrosse, but in 08-09 the crossover was different, so you would need to run an older style crossover.

ZZP rear power log

hardest part was removing factory manifold. rear power log fits great ,easy to install from top side. love the new sound . EGR is a bit of a hassle to get started,but if you take your time it will hook up. as others have stated it is definitely tight to get to EGR bolt, if you come in from the bottom with a thin wall 10mm socket , long extension it's not bad at all. i definitely recommend the rear power log if you're not modding as far as changing cams.I have a ZZP tune ,ZZP 3.4 pulley ZZP 3" down pipe 104 autolite plugs. car is really fun to drive waiting to go to track now. GREAT PRODUCT , just wish it was same price as front .,Jimmy

Worth it

I jave the front power log and the 3 inch downpipe was looking at cheap e-bay headers but bought the rear power log instead I like the looks of the power logs and the quality is way better than cheap headers, the exhaust sounds good dropped about a pound of boost I would recomed power logs

2005 GTP daily

Great quality, very nice welds and fitment. With this and the front power log, I had to fiddle a bit on the stock crossover but it sealed up great. One note would be to do the EGR tube or egr delete plate before tossing it into the car because there is minimal clearance for tools. Nice, as always ZZP!
