Our ZZP ATS-V charge pipes are a complete upgrade and replacement kit for your stock turbo LF4 ATS-V. Our charge pipes start with a CNC head flange including bypass valve provision and injector bung to accommodate auxiliary fueling kit, followed by a mandrel bent pipe. The entire charge pipe assembly is made here in house at ZZPerformance in Wyoming, MI. The wrinkle black powder coating looks good under any hood.
The stock charge pipes have an internal resonator that dampens the turbo noise; our charge pipes remove said resonator meaning more of that turbo whistle/whoosh that we all love. Our ZZP charge pipes are 2" all the way through, where-as the stock charge pipes neck down to 1.75" (turbo outlet is 1.57"). The larger ID of our pipes reflects a 20CFM flow increase on the flow bench over stock charge pipes. Stock pipes weight 2.25 and 2.38 lbs, our ZZP pipes weight .95lbs per side.
