The ZZP ATS-V Cold Air Intake was designed by ZZP engineers that make products by day, race them by night, and daily drive the vehicles they build parts for.
The ZZP CAI is superior to all others on the market. It does not set check engine lights, does not require specialized tuning and makes more HP than any intake on the market. How do we know? Because we have dyno tested (first top break 600WHP) and set 1/4 mile records with it. The silicone sections are custom designed by ZZP with smooth transitions to maximize flow. Intakes with stepped transitions cause airflow traffic jams which hurt performance. The air filters are a specialized design to meet the draw needs of the twin turbo v6 and outflow the other intake manufactures who simply buy a generic filter from someone else and include it with their airbox. In fact, the filters will feed 1000 HP where others risk collapsing or restricting performance. ZZP is the only company making filters and testing at these HP levels. We have more pleats per inch, deeper pleats and custom filter material which gives these results.
The tubing is 6000 series aluminum, powder coated in high temp wrinkle black to match a factory look. MAF pads are CNC machined in house and each part of the intake is marked with ZZP branding. ZZP is an American company with American quality.
Note: Your cooling fans will turn on high the first time starting the car (because the MAF sensor was unplugged). Just let the car run for a minute, shut it off, and re-start it and the fans will shut off.
