This is just the interface (hardware) needed to tune your car.  You will still need a laptop to be able to read/write the PCM/ECM/TCM.  The proper number of credits are required to be able to flash each vehicle, and credits added to the interface are not transferable.  Tunes/tune updates are extra, and it is only partially refundable.  When the complete interface and all physical components are returned and undamaged we will refund you $275. (within 30 days of shipment)  Returns over 30 days can only be converted to in store credit.  You are not required to return it, you can keep the interface if you want to continue to tune and scan your vehicle.

See HPTuners website for how many credits your specific car will need.  Most cars only require 2, but when it hits around 2016+, a lot of cars require 4 or 8 credits.
