This kit, originally developed by John Powell and now available at ZZP, will allow you to run Cobalt lowering springs on an Ion or Ion Redline; due to the difference in the top hat and spring diameter. Includes spring seats, spring insulators, spacers, top nut for FE5 struts, and installation instructions. These pair perfectly with our ZZP Lowering Springs, or YYZ Lowering Springs for ultimate performance on track. Can be used with any Cobalt or Ion front strut, although you'll want FE5 or Bilstein shocks and struts for best performance.

Replacing your strut mounts with a new bearing is highly recommended when doing this conversion. You will use Ion strut mounts.
