Transmission & Drivetrain - Clutch Masters Clutch Kit
Transmission & Drivetrain - Clutch Masters Clutch Kit

This is an aftermarket, heavy duty clutch, specifically designed and manufactured by Clutch Masters to our recommended specs. This clutch is capable of making over 400ft lbs and supporting no lift shifting at that power level, as has been demonstrated on our cars. It has an 8 puck ceramic disc and the pressure plate has a higher clamp-load, so the engagement is more aggressive than stock and the pedal will be noticeably firmer, but it is still able to be driven daily without problems. These things need noting as this clutch will not have that stock feel, but a stock clutch is not able to support a 400+ whp car.

NOTE: This clutch kit will only work with the Clutch Masters Flywheel.

  • Heavy duty pressure plate
  • 8 puck ceramic disc

Fits ATS and Camaro 2.0 6 speed M3L manual transmissions.

Clutch installed

Only got to drive it home but it grabs like a Nile Croc. I made a good choice

really love it.the only thing i can say is why you don't give a sheet with the torques required for flywheel and clutch bolt

Smooth install, great performance

Really impressed with this clutch kit. It installed very easy, just like OEM. The pedal feel is ever so slightly stiffer, but far from other performance clutches that I have driven. Roughly 20-30% stiffer than stock. There was definitely some shudder during initial break-in, but after a few hundred miles it went away, as the clutch was able to properly bed into the flywheel/pressure plate. I'm hoping with daily driving it will maintain its grip for many miles, as it is a definite improvement from stock. As of now, my car is likely only around 300whp, so I am nowhere near stressing the limits of the clutch, but the OEM unit was certainly at its limit, and would not hold powershifting. This clutch is noticeably grabbier between gears, and I expect it to handle aggressive driving much better once the break in period has finally passed.
