Fidanza Aluminum Flywheels are made using the highest quality, most modern materials available. The flywheel itself is made from 6061 T6 billet aluminum. It is CNC machined at a constant surface speed for durability and finish. The friction surface is very special. Fidanza uses a 1050 high carbon, alloy steel. It is incredibly durable, allowing the user to use just about any clutch disc material available. The friction plate can be replaced as needed. The plates are secured with 16-20 hardened aircraft quality screws with self locking nuts which prevent any warping. Fidanza uses hardened ring gears that are swarted to the flywheel with button head screws that are counter board between the flywheel and ring gear to prevent any possible slippage. The mass at the center of the flywheel is retained for strength, but the mass at the outside is eliminated for optimum performance.

2.0L F35 LSJ/LNF: Aluminum stock replacement flywheel for the 05+ Cobalt 2.0 liter/ 04+ Ion Redline 2.0 liter LSJs and F35 transmission.

2.4L F23 LE5: Aluminum stock replacement for 2.2/2.4 liter LE5 and L61 engine and F23 transmission.

2.0L F40 LHU: Aluminum replacement for the 11+ Buick Regal with the 2.0 liter LHU and F40 transmission however the flywheel is made to use the standard LSJ style pressure plate, but will require a disc with the 23 (F40) spline instead of the 14 spline (LSJ) disc. Stroker F35 LSJ/LNF: Aluminum conversion flyweel made specifically for a LSJ/LNF car to use a 2.2 or 2.4 liter 6 bolt crankshaft and still use the factory F35 transmission.

Torque Spec Flywheel to crank 39 ft lbs and 25 degrees. Torque Spec Pressure plate to Flywheel is 22 ft lbs.
