The 99+ airboxes are much better than the 97-98 fender draw units. As a budget solution to a Wizair box you can run a K&N drop-in air filter in your 99+ style airbox with good results. We offer the drop in for the 97/98 model GP but do not recommend going that route because, the 97/98 GP air box is blocked from cool air by the factory coolant bottle. You could either pick up a used 99+ airbox and 99+ coolant bottle or get our ZZP or Wizair intake.

All K&N filters are washable with their K&N filter cleaning kit and come with a 1 million mile warranty.
