This is our best available header for the supercharged LSJ Cobalt and Ion Redline. It is stainless steel and have 1 3/4" primaries, and is intended for 300+whp supercharged builds.

How to order your header/downpipe package:
Transmission: Please select manual or automatic transmission, this determines the proper length of the downpipe.
Catback Flange: This determines what exit flange is installed on the downpipe. If you select "Stock/2.5" then it will come with a 2 1/2" exit flange that will bolt up to the stock catback or most 2 1/2" catback exhausts. If you select "ZZP 3" then it will bolt up to our 3" catback exhaust or most aftermarket 3" catbacks. We do not guaranty fitment on other brand catback exhausts.
Wideband Bung: All long tube header packages come with a bung for a wideband O2 sensor. The downpipe also comes with an O2 bung plug if you will not be using this bung.
*This header will fit on a 2.2L but can have a clearance issue with a coolant line on the firewall. An easy fix would be to remove the 90 degree turn and connect the hose straight to clear the header. Does not fit 2.2 cars with SAI.
Installation note: Do not wrap these exhaust pieces as cracking can result.
