This is our best available header for the supercharged LSJ Cobalt and Ion Redline. It is stainless steel and have 1 3/4" primaries, and is intended for 300+whp supercharged builds. If you are NA, then we recommend our shorty header or the 1 1/2" primary midlength header instead.

How to order your header/downpipe package:

Transmission: Please select manual or automatic transmission, this determines the proper length of the downpipe.

Downpipe Option: This determines if the downpipe comes with or without a catalytic converter. If the car is driven on the street, then you should order it with a converter.

Catback Flange: This determines what exit flange is installed on the downpipe. If you select "Stock/2.5" then it will come with a 2 1/2" exit flange that will bolt up to the stock catback or most 2 1/2" catback exhausts. If you select "ZZP 3" then it will bolt up to our 3" catback exhaust or most aftermarket 3" catbacks. We do not guaranty fitment on other brand catback exhausts.

Wideband Bung: If you order a downpipe with a cat, then it will come with 1 bung for the rear o2 sensor. If you order it without a cat, then it will come with no o2 bungs. If you have an aftermarket wideband o2 gauge, then you will need to select "add o2 bung for wideband" so you have an extra bung installed for your wideband o2 sensor.

*This header will fit on a 2.2L but can have a clearance issue with a coolant line on the firewall. An easy fix would be to remove the 90 degree turn and connect the hose straight to clear the header.

*06+ Cobalt 2.4L will require a style B O2 extension harness.

Must have for LSJ or supercharged ecotec

I’m using this on a vehicle isn’t wasn’t made for I had to gently massage the bottom of the collector to clear my sway bar. I in was prepared to reweld but didn’t have to because ZZPerformance welds are on point and did not break.

Nice header and high flow cat.

Don't know, I am trying to schedule installation of the item. Looks very well made and rugged with very nice welds at the ******. If it works half as good as it looks I will be a very satisfied customer.

ZZP Long Tube

Fits perfectly into my 07 Cobalt SS 2 4L, it really opens up the flow to allow for a bit of a Gain. The best out of all three options. Had to modify the front 02 sensor for it to reach the plug a bit.*

ZZP Long tube header install

I purchased the Long Tube Header package as well as the Cat Back 2.5" kit. Other than have to purchase an extra O2 extender, everything went in fine. The fit seems great and it sounds amazing.

Sounds great and fixed my

Sounds great and fixed my bad cat.. didnt reach my upstream and the downstream extender unplugged and ripped the connector off.. need **** extenders + o2 extenders.
