Race O2 Housing/Downpipe 1.4L

SKU: ZZ-CZO2H

$199.99 Sale price

Regular price $199.99

The factory o2 housing on the 1.4 turbo Ecotec motor has been shown to be quite restrictive. Our 2.5" Stainless steel high-flow version has been dyno proven to produce gains of up to 8 horsepower at the wheels. This is a gain of more than 6 percent! This easy bolt-on modification re-uses the factory V-band clamp where it attaches to the turbo. Comes with everything needed to install just replacement bolts and nuts. Dec 2014: It comes with 2 o2 bungs, and a plug in case you want to add a wideband o2 sensor later.

Note: The ZZP O2 housing does not include a catalytic converter and will set check engine light without ECU programming.

For a complete street setup that does not require ECU programming, see our O2 housing/mid pipe combo. This part fits the 1.4 Chevy Sonic, Cruze, and Buick Encore.

Installed on Cruze sound clip

DOES NOT FIT GEN 2 CRUZE.

Downpipe 1.4L

Fitted this and the following pipe to my Holden Barina RS. We found the installation process somewhat difficult due accessibility of some fastenings etc, still its done now, and no engine fault codes. As well as the ZZP pipes the car feels significantly more responsive with some extra noise.

Perfect In every way

Just wanted to take the time and say thank you ZZP for my downpipe. Had it installed and immediately felt and heard the difference.....My wife still has no clue about the change as I am very aware she does not like anything that has to do with loud sound.....But now that I have my CAI and Downpipe I’m totally satisfied oh I almost forgot that I also ordered and installed the body kit as well looking forward to continue business with you guys can’t thank you enough

Down Pipe and Mid Pipe

Fitted the above pipes to a Holden Barina RS here in New Zealand. We found the installation rather difficult due to the limited accessibility of some of the fastenings, we also had to obtain additional tools. The car also has a K&N filter and definitely seems to perform better than previously. The car is now noticeably loader while still utilizing the existing resonator and muffler. I have not had the Check Engine light come up. I am happy with the modifications to date however I will have to have to get the exhaust emissions checked to see if the car is compliant here.
