Our ZZPerformance high flow downpipe combo for the 1.4L Sonic replaces the factory O2 housing and mid-pipe with one single performance exhaust piece. The ZZP downpipe combo includes a high flow 400 cell catalytic converter, two stainless flex sections, and is constructed of mandrel bent 2.5" 304 stainless steel piping. 

Flow and performance increases comes from a bump in overall diameter and with the use of full mandrel bends vs. the stock crush bent steel. The stock mid-pipe at the smallest point is 2" OD, our ZZP mid-pipe is 2.5" all the way through. The increase in diameter leads to freeing up flow as well as an increase in performance and a slight change in tone/volume. 

Bolts up to the stock catback as well our ZZP 2.5" catback, ZZP 3" catback, or any aftermarket exhaust that uses the stock style mid-pipe/catback flange. Includes bolts for an aftermarket exhaust and the stock catback. 

Fits: 2012-2020 Chevrolet Sonic 1.4L 

Our high flow catalytic converters are EPA certified. If your state requires CARB compliance, these do not meet that CARB standard. Please contact customerservice@zzperformance.com if you have any questions.
