ZZPerformance has put together an inexpensive package that easily bolts up to your 97-2003 Grand Prix to provide improved stopping power. We don't know of any brake upgrade that offers this much for such a low price. We even include organic grease, so the install is easy with no trips to the hardware store. If you would rather have a dual piston caliper, you will want to look at our 12" FBody brake kit, 12.7" GXP brake kit, or 13" front brake kit.
60 to 0 mph braking tests:
OEM brakes 132 ft.
12" brake upgrade 117 ft. (using standard 12" rotors, i.e. not slotted or cross drilled)
The kit includes all the hardware you need, including:
- 2 assembled calipers & brackets
- New rubber boots for the brackets
- New caliper slides
- 12" rotors (if selected)
Does not work with crosslace wheels.
Stainless brake lines are not required, but will compliment this brake upgrade kit very well.
